See our [privacy policy](https://topratedcities.com/privacy). pensacolatoprated.com is part of the Top Rated network, owned and operated by Haygood Ideas, Inc., a Florida company. This policy covers this site, the other city and state directories in the network, and our assistant Maya on both the website and our phone line. ## Information we collect **Business listings.** Most listings are built from public sources, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, categories, and Google ratings and review counts. A business owner who claims a listing can add or correct this information. **Information you give us.** If you claim a listing, request a quote, submit a job, leave a review, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect what you provide - typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. **Calls and messages.** Maya answers our phone line and our site chat. Calls to our directory number may be recorded and transcribed so we can act on the request and check the assistant's answers. **Usage data.** Standard web logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand which pages get used. ## How we use it To publish and correct listings, to pass a job request to the businesses you asked us to contact, to answer your questions, to verify that someone claiming a business really runs it, and to send you the updates you asked for. We do not sell your personal information. We are not a lead reseller. We do not broadcast your phone call to five contractors who did not ask for it. ## Text messages and your mobile number If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your listing, your job request, replies from businesses, and - only where you opted in to it - occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. **No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.** Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only sharing that happens is with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only so that it can be delivered. ## Who else sees your information Service providers that operate parts of this network, and only for that purpose: our messaging and voice providers, our email delivery provider, our payment processor for paid listings, our hosting and security providers, and Google for sign-in and for the public ratings shown on listings. If you submit a job request, the businesses you asked us to contact receive the details of that request. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person or the integrity of the directory. ## Your choices Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to have a listing removed, contact us using the details below and tell us which listing or number you mean. ## Children This directory is for adults hiring local businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. ## Changes If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. ## Contact us Haygood Ideas, Inc., Florida, United States.
